What is hydroponics?
Hydroponics is an innovative method of growing plants that is done without soil: instead of being rooted in soil, the plants are placed directly in water. Hydroponics offers the possibility of growing plants in small spaces or urban environments where soil is of poor quality or unavailable.
What is a TOT'?
TOT' transcends the status of a simple plant or hydroponic growing device. Each element is meticulously designed to offer a unique plant experience. The transparent jar is combined with a dome specially designed to preserve water, creating a perfect ecosystem for the plant.
To meet a variety of needs and spaces, we have developed several models, ranging from the TOT'EXTRA, perfect for small spaces such as offices or kitchens, to the TOT'GRANDIOSE, which stands out as a true central element adding a touch of grandeur to living rooms or entrance halls.
Where do your plants come from?
Our plants are grown in water in our workshop in Limoges.
Does it work with all plants?
Not all plants are compatible with growing in water. We select and grow ours for their hydrophilic properties.

Where should I place my TOT'?
To ensure your plant thrives in its new living space, place the TOT' in a location with indirect light.
Do I need to change the water in the jar regularly?
Maintaining your TOT' is child's play: simply change the water in the jar once a month. Use mineral water to ensure optimal nutrition for your plant if your tap water is too hard. Make sure the roots remain submerged while keeping the stem of the plant out of the water.
How long can my plant live in water?
There are no real limits. Some that we have been maintaining for several years are still very beautiful! No longer having the risks associated with watering, there is indeed less risk of losing them, even after an absence of several months.
How do I maintain my TOT's plant to keep it healthy?
In addition to changing the water in the jar once a month, we invite you to monitor the general condition of your plant. Remove dead leaves and adjust the light exposure according to the plant's needs. Clean the jar periodically to prevent the accumulation of deposits.
What are common symptoms of houseplant health problems and how to fix them?
Signs of health problems include yellowing leaves, brown spots, discoloration, wilting, pests, and rot or algae on the stem. What should I do if my plant is dead?
If it is still under warranty, go to our TOT'CARE page to benefit from the free shipment of a new plant.

What types of plants do you offer at TOT'?
For our TOT'EXTRA, TOT'MIGNON and TOT'SUPER models, we offer the Syngonium, an indoor plant prized for its arrow-shaped leaves. You can choose between two varieties of colors: green or pink, depending on your aesthetic preferences. As for the TOT'GRANDIOSE, it is accompanied by a Clusia. This plant is distinguished by its thick and shiny leaves, and it is renowned for its ability to purify indoor air.
What are the ecological advantages of TOT' compared to other interior decoration options?
TOT' promotes an ecological way of growing by using less water than traditional soil cultivation and by minimizing the consumption of natural resources. Unlike some large brands that import plants from the other side of the world, we favor local supplies, thus reducing our carbon footprint. By opting for TOT' plants, you are choosing an environmentally friendly alternative, as opposed to ephemeral flower bouquets whose production and transport have a considerable environmental impact.

Some of our plants are recommended for people with allergies, as they have hypoallergenic characteristics.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver throughout Europe. However, some legislation regarding the shipping of plants may limit our ability to deliver internationally. To find out about delivery availability in your country and for information on delivery costs, please visit our " Delivery and Returns " page.
How can I track the progress of my order?
We ship your orders with the greatest care from Monday to Thursday from our workshops located in Limoges, in collaboration with a social promotion establishment. As soon as your order is handed over to COLISSIMO, you will receive a notification to track its progress to your home.
What is TOT's return and exchange policy?
You have 30 days to make an exchange or refund. The TOT' must be new, without imperfections and returned in its original packaging. Please note that our General Conditions of Sale (GCS) do not allow the return and refund of hydroplants.
